Our Design Processes

Gathering Requirements

The first step of our development process starts with a meeting (remote or not) between our PM and our team. Thogether we will gather the management and website requirements and document all requirements in the requirement specification.

Planning

Using the requirement specification, the PM and Design team will work together to define the design, define the scope, timeline, budget, and etc.

Designing

At this phase, our team will start working on the project deliverables, coding, and all website components. At the end of this phase, the website is done and ready for the testing processes.

Testing

The testing processes will compare the website with the requirements to make sure everything is done. We will review all pages, links, and texts, and if necessary, we execute adjustments. Only after the website is tested and approved, we will meet the client to show the final product.

Customer Approval

We will upload a fresh website in the pre-production host. Our client will use the website, check if all requirements were done and approve the website.

Launching

After the website is approved by the client, we will upload your new website in the production host. When the website is running, we start our guarantee monitoring, and if any issue arises, we will fix it.
